Hi Kids,
I’d like everyone to meet Vacationer. Vacationer is a very special collaboration that we’ve been secretly tinkering with since last summer with a wonderful singer who will go unnamed for now. The first single ‘Trip’ is available for download for free at www.VacationerMusic.com.
So don’t pack your bags, don’t book a plane ticket, zip on over there and just take little a trip for free.
Tomorrow night (Friday 5/6) we are playing a last minute NYC shindig over at Tammany Hall with Jessica 6 supported with a bitchin DJ set from Le Tigre’s JD Sampson. If you’re familiar with either of them, it’s gonna be an evening of shimmies, shakes and breaks. Jessica 6’s live set is pretty unreal, trust trust. Ohhhh yyaaaa, theres FREE FUCKING VODKA at 9 – 10pm. We’re on at 10. See ya there!
The following night (Saturday 5/7) we are headed up to CT (our old stompin grounds) to hit up Neutral Ground in Bridgeport, CT. You don’t want to miss this one if you’re in the area. We always get a little nostalgic when we head back this direction, so we’re gonna have a bit of extra fun at this one. Come out!
And thennn.. Next week we are headed down to Washington DC on Friday 5/13) to hit up a sweet DIY spot called Subterranean A. We’ll be on w/ Adventure and Alvin Risk. This is a sick bill. All you maryland-er’s and virginia’ers and delaware-er’s, you know what to do.
Also, it is your last chance to pick up the now SOLD OUT You Can 7” vinyl from Double Denim Records. We have the last remaining copies and we’ll be selling them at the show. Don’t hesitate!
